Terms & Conditions for Boreal Potions

1. Application and Consumer Protection
These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase agreement you, as a consumer, enter into with Boreal Potions, operated by Aktiebolag AB, registration number 123456-7890, referred to as “borealpotions.com”. To safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59), as well as relevant Swedish laws and regulations governing personal data protection, apply to all purchases on borealpotions.com.
2. Establishment of Purchase Agreement
Borealpotions.com‘s products are ordered through www.borealpotions.com. The purchase agreement is established once your order has been confirmed by borealpotions via email to the email address you provided during the order process. By placing an order, you accept these terms. borealpotions.com does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18 years of age) without parental approval.
3. Prices, Shipping, and Fees
The prices listed on www.borealpotions.com include value-added tax (VAT). An administration fee of SEK 150 will be charged for unclaimed packages returned to us by PostNord.
4. Delivery
The standard delivery time in Sweden is 1–2 working days from the confirmation of your order via email.
The standard delivery time to EU countries is 3–5 working days from the confirmation of your order via email.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day (subject to the availability of ordered items; any out-of-stock items may lead to a delay until the next business day). No orders will be processed on public holidays.
Boreal Potions utilizes the following shipping options:
• PostNord Varubrev 1st class (Standard Int’l Shipping).
• PostNord REK (Registered Mail).
Packages will be sent to the nearest pick-up point based on your specified address. An SMS notification with the package’s tracking number will be sent to the mobile number provided during the order process when the package is available for collection. If no mobile number is provided, the notification will be sent by mail. Valid identification must be presented when collecting a package. If an agent collects your package, both parties’ identification must be presented.
In cases where your package fits in your mailbox, there is no need to collect it at a pick-up point (except for packages sent with PostNord REK).
Upon dispatch from Boreal Potions’ warehouse, an email will be sent to the provided email address. In Sweden, the package is expected to arrive within 1-2 working days, while EU shipments typically take 3-5 days to reach their destination. If, by any chance, you do not receive your delivery within 5 working days, please contact customer service. We reserve the right to potential delays caused by PostNord. We also reserve the right for packages to go missing during transportation. In such cases, our primary course of action is to send a replacement package to you, and if not feasible, to proceed with a refund.
5. Unclaimed Packages/Shipments
Packages not claimed within 7 days will be returned to borealpotions.com. In such cases, a fee of SEK 150 will be charged to cover administration, return shipping, and handling costs associated with borealpotions.com. Please note that unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
6. Right of Withdrawal/Returns
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. Prior to returning a product, please contact our customer service to obtain approval for the return. The right of withdrawal applies on the condition that the product is sealed and unopened.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, as a consumer, take possession of the item. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item to borealpotions.com without undue delay and no later than 7 days after notifying us.
Please note that products classified as food items are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Therefore, please contact customer service to obtain approval for your return before sending the product.
If you choose to return items to borealpotions.com, you assume the risk. Therefore, it is important to ensure that the product cannot be damaged during transportation. The item must be unused, sealed, and returned in undamaged original packaging. The outer packaging must be used, and no tape or other materials should be affixed to the original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt and approval of the return, reimbursement or invoice closure will occur within 14 days from the date borealpotions.com received the return.
7. Complaints
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you, as a customer, have a three-year right to make a complaint. If a product is faulty or there is a defect in delivery, you have the right to complain about the product or the purchase. In such cases, please contact customer service with a detailed description of the issue and follow our further instructions. Complaints to borealpotions.com must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the fault, but no later than 3 years. Borealpotions.com reserves the right, first and foremost, to rectify the issue, secondly, to redeliver the product, and finally, to provide a refund. It is important to report the fault to us as soon as possible after receiving the package. The right to complaint does not apply if the product is opened and the seal is broken. To have your complaint approved, you must contact us before returning the item. For complaints, please contact customer service.
8. Return of Promotional Items
If you return a promotional offer, such as “Buy 2, Pay for 1”, both products must be returned. If you purchased an offer where an additional product was included, the additional product must also be returned. In all multiple-purchase offers, if you return part of the offer, the offer will be canceled, and you will be charged the full price.
9. Transport Damages
Borealpotions.com is responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transport to you. Claims for transport damages must be made within a reasonable time. Upon receiving the shipment, it is essential to check for any transportation damage. Borealpotions.com recommends reporting any potential transport damage immediately at the pick-up point and subsequently contacting borealpotions.com’s customer service. Remember to keep all packaging and product packaging in case of transport damage.
10. Payment
In partnership with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, installment payment, credit card payment, and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout. By providing information during checkout, you accept Klarna’s terms. By clicking “Complete Purchase,” you accept borealpotions.com’s terms.
Klarna Checkout provides certain information once you are identified. The information required for identification may vary depending on the purchase occasion and customer. Credit checks are not conducted directly in Klarna Checkout, but as required based on the payment option you have chosen. Klarna’s credit checks do not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be viewed by other entities requesting credit checks, such as banks. Once identified, Klarna Checkout will display the available options tailored to you. Invoice payment is the default payment option, but you are free to choose other alternatives, such as direct payment via a bank or card payment. The available options may vary over time. 11. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond borealpotions.com’s reasonable control, such as changes in legislation, governmental measures, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster, or similar events, borealpotions.com’s obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement will be suspended as long as the circumstances persist. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and borealpotions.com have the right to terminate the agreement immediately without any obligation to pay damages.
12. Personal Data
Borealpotions.com is responsible for handling the personal data provided during the purchase in accordance with applicable legislation. By accepting the purchase agreement with borealpotions.com, you consent to the storage of your data to process your order, facilitate future purchases, update your order status, and send offers from borealpotions.com or borealpotions.com’s collaborators via SMS, email, or other direct advertising. As a customer, you can access, modify, or request the deletion of your stored information. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time. 14. Price and Product Information
In the event of inaccuracies in stock status or price, borealpotions.com reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement. If an item is discontinued or unavailable for any other reason, borealpotions.com is not obligated to provide the item but may suggest an alternative product. We reserve the right for product images to have changed without our knowledge, resulting in potential differences in the packaging you receive. We update our images and product information as we receive notifications of changes.
15. Product Safety
Borealpotions.com offers meticulously examined and approved products in its assortment. Supplements are only a supplement and cannot replace a varied diet.
16. Miscellaneous
We adhere to the recommendations of the Consumer Complaints Board and Swedish law in the event of a dispute. You can also register your case through the EU Commission’s website for complaints regarding online purchases or at ARN.se.
